Dear Reader,
I'm popping in to share two minimizing challenges to inspire you this weekend! Both have given me the momentum I longed for to create spaciousness, and they've kept me motivated to stay clutter free.
Check them out and choose the one that meets the most needs for you this weekend! (Or do both!)
One happens in a day; the other is spread out over 10 days.
Here’s details on both:
10 Day Minimalist Challenge -This is from No Sidebar. This challenge is done over 10 days. The idea is you pick one room and declutter 10 things from that room. Then the next day, choose a different room, and remove 10 more things. By the end of the 10 days, you’ll have removed 100 things from your home.
10-10-100 Decluttering Challenge - This is from Courtney Carver, and it’s done all in one shot. For this challenge, you pick the room, set a timer for 10 minutes, and remove 10 things. When the timer goes off, choose another room or area, set the timer for another 10 minutes and remove 10 more things. After you’ve worked in 10 areas and removed 10 things from each of those 10 areas, you’ll have removed 100 items.
I’ll be doing this again right alongside you. I had planned to start the 10-day one on Saturday, but we’re doing another college visit Saturday. So instead, I’m going to do the 1-day challenge on Sunday to give myself momentum, then I'm doing the 10-day challenge next week to keep it going.
If you try it, email me to share what you notice - are you inspired to do more?

If we’re new to each other, let’s officially meet! If we’re not new to each other, let’s catch up!
